AUTOMATED WAKE-UP CALL SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the following instructions in order to set an automated wake-up call at the desired time:

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Dial “600”
  3. Enter the numbers that correspond to the desired time using “24-hour format” for example for 8 A.M press 0800, for 2 P.M press 1400.
  4. System will confirm back to you your wake up.
  5. Your wake-up call is now set. Please hang up the phone.

 

Please follow the following instructions in order to change an automated wake-up call:

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Dial “600”
  3. After dial "1"
  4. Enter the numbers that correspond to the desired time using “24-hour format” for example for 8 A.M press 0800, for 2 P.M press 1400.
  5. Your wake-up call is now changed. Please hang up the phone.

Please follow the following instructions in order to cancel an automated wake-up call:

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Dial “600”
  3. After dial "3"
  4. Enter the numbers that correspond to the desired time using “24-hour format” for example for 8 A.M press 0800, for 2 P.M press 1400.
  5. Your wake-up call is now canceled. Please hang up the phone.

For any assistance please contact the Lodging Front Desk by pressing “000” from your phone, or if you wish that Front Desk call you at the time you need the wake-up call instead of using the automated wake-up call service.
